Obscuration-39
Obscuration explores the tension between light and shadow, between what is hidden and what is revealed. Captured in London, these monochrome images transform ordinary city walls and streets into metaphors for censorship, silence, and resistance. The absence of people becomes a haunting presence, a reminder of voices that have been silenced and truths that remain obscured.
Each photograph uses exposure, texture, and composition to question visibility — what we are allowed to see and what is deliberately kept in darkness. Obscuration is not just a visual study of light; it is a reflection on memory, exile, and the struggle for freedom of expression.
