The Last Picture (A1)
Three weeks after I had been charged with the Lèse-majesté Law in Thailand, I took this image on 28th June 2010, at the border between Thailand and Malaysia in the early morning while the train slowly moved from Thailand toward Malaysia. As I’m a photographer, I couldn't miss capturing the last picture of my home country, one of the most critical moments in my life while fleeing the country. I didn't know when I would have a chance to go back again. Ever since, I became a world traveller and travelled to many countries to seek asylum until I ended up in London, UK, in 2018.
